All appointments are conducted via Zoom and can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no additional cost (Tax Preparation appointments require 72 hours notice to reschedule). Consultations

New or first-time clients can book a 30-minute consultation with Olamide Ewetusa, CPA to discuss their financial needs and learn more about how Pachira Financials can support your business, taxes, or financial strategy. This call is a great starting point if you're unsure which service is the best fit.

Tax Preparation Appointments

Tax Preparation services start at $475 for a standard federal and state tax return. The booking fee is an initial deposit that will be applied to your final tax preparation invoice. This includes a 90-minute review call with a tax expert. This service is ideal for individuals and small business owners ready to file their return. Tax Strategy Appointments

For individuals and business owners with complex needs, such as high income, multi-state operations, or real estate investments, you can book a personalized 60-minute appointment with our CPA, Olamidé Ewetusa. You'll receive tailored tax strategies, compliance guidance, and a detailed summary with actionable next steps.

For newer or growing business owners, we recommend booking a tax strategy appointment with a Pachira Financials team member. This appointment includes a basic Profit & Loss report, small business tax tips, tax guidance, and practical recommendations for maximizing deductions based on your operations.

We also offer a specialized S Corporation election appointment, where you'll receive guidance on income thresholds, payroll requirements, filing deadlines, and a completed S Corp election letter to help you make the transition smoothly.
