Before your official QuickBooks Set-up appointment, you will need to upload key documents so that we can do all the work for you. We’ll need your business bank statements and any other reports and supporting documents (i.e. scheduling reports, sales reports, etc.) that may help us in establishing or cleaning up your QuickBooks account. We’ll use these documents to reconcile all accounts, establish opening balances, and even create key vendors, contractors, customers, and invoices. We’ll be there with you throughout the process and will provide guidance on what kinds of documents to provide.

Choose a day and time that works for you to schedule your QuickBooks set-up appointment. This will be a virtual appointment conducted via Zoom where you will get the opportunity to review your newly created (or cleaned up) QuickBooks account with a Certified Public Accountant. This will be a full working session where you will receive a QuickBooks tutorial, training on how to manage your bookkeeping, and you’ll also be able to ask any questions you may have.
